Return & Refund Policy – Hawk Sports Nutrition (HSN)

At Hawk Sports Nutrition (HSN), we are committed to providing our customers with genuine, quality nutrition and supplement products. Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully before placing an order.
1. Return Eligibility
Products may be eligible for return if:
You received a wrong product.
You received a damaged or defective product.
The product is damaged during delivery.
The product received does not match the product ordered.
For hygiene, safety, and product-quality reasons, opened, used, or partially consumed supplements generally cannot be returned.
2. Condition of Returned Products
To be eligible for a return, the product should:
Be unused and unopened.
Be in its original packaging.
Have the original seal intact, where applicable.
Include the original invoice/order details.
Not be damaged due to customer misuse or improper storage.
3. Return Request
Customers should contact HSN as soon as possible after receiving the order if there is an issue with the product.
Please provide:
Order number
Product name
Reason for return
Clear photographs/videos of the product and packaging
Our team will review the request and inform you whether the return is approved.
4. Damaged or Wrong Product
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us promptly after delivery. We may request photographs or videos to verify the issue.
After verification, HSN may provide a replacement or refund, depending on product availability and the circumstances of the case.
5. Refunds
Once a refund is approved, the applicable refund amount will be processed through the original payment method or another suitable method.
The time taken for the refund to appear in your account may depend on your bank, payment provider, or financial institution.
6. Non-Returnable Products
The following products are generally not eligible for return:
Opened or used supplements
Products with broken or removed seals
Products damaged after delivery due to improper handling or storage
Products without original packaging
Products returned without prior approval from HSN
Products purchased under special clearance or promotional conditions, where specifically stated
7. Order Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled before they are shipped, subject to our order-processing status. Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation may not be possible.
For cancellation requests, please contact HSN as soon as possible.
8. Shipping Charges
If the return is approved because HSN sent a wrong or damaged product, HSN may arrange or reimburse reasonable return shipping costs, subject to verification.
Returns for reasons not covered by this policy may be subject to applicable shipping or handling charges.
9. Replacement
Where a replacement is approved, it will be subject to product availability. If the same product is unavailable, HSN may offer an alternative resolution, including a refund where applicable.
