Cancellation Policy – Hawk Sports Nutrition (HSN)

At Hawk Sports Nutrition (HSN), we aim to process and dispatch orders as quickly as possible. Please read our Cancellation Policy before placing an order.
1. Order Cancellation
Customers may request cancellation of an order before the order has been dispatched.
To request cancellation, please contact HSN as soon as possible with your order number and registered contact details.
Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation may no longer be possible.
2. Cancellation After Dispatch
Orders that have already been shipped cannot normally be cancelled through HSN.
If you no longer require a dispatched order, please contact our customer support team. Any available resolution will be handled according to our Return & Refund Policy.
3. Refund for Cancelled Orders
If your cancellation request is approved before dispatch and payment has already been made, the eligible refund will be processed through the original payment method or another suitable method.
The time required for the refund to appear in your account may depend on your bank or payment service provider.
4. Cash on Delivery Orders
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, customers should contact HSN immediately if they wish to cancel before dispatch.
Repeated refusal or cancellation of COD orders may affect eligibility for future COD purchases.
5. Orders Already Prepared or Dispatched
If an order has already been processed, packed, or handed over to the courier, HSN may not be able to cancel it.
Any return or refund request after dispatch will be handled according to our Return & Refund Policy.
6. Cancellation by HSN
HSN reserves the right to cancel an order in circumstances such as:
Product being unavailable
Incorrect or incomplete customer information
Suspected fraudulent or unauthorized transactions
Pricing or website errors
Delivery service limitations
Other circumstances that prevent us from fulfilling the order
If HSN cancels a prepaid order, the eligible amount will be refunded to the customer.
